Pet Policy

• There is a one-time, non refundable fee of $100.00 per stay. The pet owner is responsible for any additional charges resulting from damage or restitution to other guests as a result of noise (barking).
• Pets are not permitted in Hotel Villa Interior Hallways
• Pets are not permitted in Two Bedroom Villas.
• 60 pound weight limit
• Maximum 2 pets
• Dogs left alone must be caged or restricted to the bathroom.
• Owner must leave a cell phone number with the Front Desk in the event it is necessary to contact them. Hotel has the right to remove the dog and have it kenneled at the owner's expense in the event of a disturbance and the owner cannot be contacted.
• Pets are not allowed in breakfast area, lobby area or the pool area and must be kept on a leash.
• Owners are to properly walk and curb dogs in designated areas.
• The Palms Hotel and Villas will not be held responsible for the actions of any pet.
